Our luxury 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom condo will spoil you, both with the bright beachy decor and the fabulous recreational amenities offered at Waterscape. The lush tropical resort boasts of about 500 feet of premiere beachfront, plus a family paradise with its Lay-Z-River, multiple pools, zero-entry splash areas, 10-foot waterfalls, and more. Other perks include a fitness center, gas grills, hot tubs, and a snack bar.
Our condo sleeps 10 and has a king suite, two queen suites with private bathrooms, a twin bunk area, and queen sleeper sofa. Each suite has direct balcony access making this an ideal gathering spot for multiple generations or groups of friends. The fully stocked kitchen is beautifully appointed with a stunning blue-vein granite laquered countertop and stainless appliances. Of course who wants to stay indoors when you have a massive wrap-around balcony with generous seating for a front-row view of both sunrises and sunsets?!
Other features include the “Clean Coverlet Program” for freshly laundered linens (including comforters and coverlets), washer/dryer, hair dryers, a Keurig and coffee pot. We also include complimentary beach service for our guests (in season).

The balcony and that view:)))

This was an impressive property, but the view was fabulous! We loved sitting on the balcony every morning for breakfast and late evening for a cup of coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. It was definitely my favorite part! So peaceful and relaxing. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed; the beds were very comfy! The resort was amazing and our 5 year old granddaughter had an awesome week!

B500 is spectacular…this unit is near and dear to my family’s heart. The view is beautiful and the unit is decorated beautifully. We have stayed 6 years with #7 booked. Legacy Vacations, Inc is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of this unit. I’ve had the privilege to talk to the owner and was very impressed with their kindness.

B500 far exceeded our expectations with amazing views throughout the condo. The kitchen is just stunning with that unique natural stone countertop and wave design on the bar. Lots of extra touches throughout the condo – for a one-of-a-kind experience!
