Our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the best of both worlds… direct beach access to the sugar-sand Emerald Coast AND all of the recreational amenities for a fabulous water adventure at Waterscape resort.
This freshly updated condo comfortably sleeps eight with two king-size master suites, a bunk area, and queen-sized sleeper sofa. But who wants to spend time indoors when the ocean is calling off of your balcony and you have full usage of the pools, lazy river, splash ponds, fitness area, and lounging areas through the large ocean-front complex?!
Our condo features a newly remodeled kitchen (white shaker cabinets, new granite and stunning glass backsplash). It also offers care-free tile throughout (with new faux-wood tile in the bedrooms) and a spacious new dining set that comfortably accommodates six. Each master suite has direct access to the large patio and private baths. There’s also a guest bath in the main living area, which features a new whimsical glass mosaic accent wall.
The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities for cooking – plus there’s a washer-dryer in the pantry area for beach towels or mid-stay laundry to keep up with a busy family.
The location is ideal for families because children could not walk out of the balcony to the pools, yet grownups will be able to see most of the common swimming areas. That’s peace of mind! Also, you can stay on this same floor to walk from the parking garage or out towards the recreational area — handy for strollers, rolling coolers, or wagons.
Psssssssssttt… want to know our secret? Our beach condo on Okaloosa Island is free from the hustle bustle, traffic and crowded beaches around Destin high-rise units. But our 7-story condo is just 5 minutes from west Destin and nearby attractions.

We usually miss our bed at home, but this place was so comfortable! The bed was amazing, the bathrooms were large enough for a family of 4 in each one, and we loved our trip overall.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4. Waterscape was the perfect location for my 2 and 5 year old. This unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. There was more than enough room for us! We can’t wait to return.

We were lucky enough to book this unit super last minute for our family of four. The owners made booking very easy and were highly responsive. We had perfect views of the ocean and pools. The pictures don’t do the unit justice and felt even larger and spacious in person. We were in the perfect location within the building – quick access to the stairs down to the lazy river/beach or a quick walk to the upper pool area. The splash pad was so cute and offered hours of enjoyment for our three year old. My only constructive feedback would be the lack of rugs – the hard tile floor was hard on my crawling baby’s knees but we worked around it by putting towels down. We’ve already passed the information along to family and friends and hope to come back ourselves!

Words can’t describe how relaxed we were and how we enjoyed the amazing view of the pool and the ocean. It was literally beautiful and better than we could have imagined!
